MOBILE TABLE STRETCH:
Relax and explore the benefits of assisted stretch work in the privacy of your own home. Your trainer will guide you through a thorough session, targeting thel five fascial nets of the body but can also focus on specific issues. Specific strengthening of weak muscles also advised to achieve balance.
30 minutes: $65
60 minutes: $85
Initial session will include a brief postural assessment to pinpoint potential causes of tightness and/or pain.
