Learn the basic rules of pickleball play, drill fundamentals, and expand into technical and tactical techniques. May include light agility training. One on one, paired, or class format.
In a private gym environment, the focus is on joint strengthening, postural assessments and training to prevent injury, pIckleball specific strengthening and movement, and overall athletic endurance and conditioning.
After an intense pickleball outing, come and soothe aching muscles with a 60 minute stretch session designed to relieve tightness, reduce aches, and reset the body for more pickleball! One on one, paired, or class format.
Cancellations for gym and pickleball court sessions must be made 24 hours in advance of your session or your session will be billed to you.
Billing is sent monthly for clients, but payments may be made weekly or monthly.
Payments may be made through Venmo, Square Cash, check, or cash.
